About Turkeys for the Triangle

Over 20 years ago, Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston launched Turkeys for the Triangle with a simple yet powerful mission: to bring the comfort of a holiday meal to families in need. What started as a small outreach has grown into a heartfelt tradition that now touches thousands of lives each year.

In partnership with local charities, churches, shelters, and community organizations, we’ve proudly donated over 60,000 turkeys, helping provide holiday meals to more than 180,000 people across the Triangle.

This is more than a donation—it's a collective effort. Every holiday season, our 700+ agents and staff come together to sell $5 raffle tickets, raising the funds that make it all possible. The generosity of our team and our community allows us to distribute over 5,000 frozen turkeys annually to 100+ nonprofits, as well as to active-duty military members and veterans—ensuring that no one is left out during the season of giving.

Turkeys are delivered in two waves—one for Thanksgiving, and one for Christmas—spreading warmth and gratitude throughout the holidays.
